As we scale our operations, we are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist with strong expertise in lead generation for service-based businesses to strengthen our digital acquisition efforts.

Role Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist who can own the end-to-end lead generation journey. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the services industry and a proven track record of generating high-quality leads through Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and email marketing automation.

This role demands a strategic thinker who can combine creativity, research, and analytics to plan and execute campaigns that deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Generation Ownership: Develop and manage high-converting lead generation campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and email marketing platforms.

- End-to-End Campaign Management: Handle the entire processplanning, setup, monitoring, optimization, and reporting.

- Email Marketing Strategy: Design and execute email journeys, automation sequences, and drip campaigns to nurture leads.

- Market & Audience Research: Conduct competitor and keyword research to target the right audience with relevant messaging.

- Landing Page Optimization: Work with internal or external teams to build and improve landing pages for better conversion rates.

- CRM Integration: Ensure seamless lead flow into Zoho CRM (or similar platforms) and set up automation for follow-ups.

- Performance Reporting: Track KPIs such as CPL, conversion rates, ROI, and generate actionable insights for improvement.

- Best Practices & Compliance: Follow industry best practices for email deliverability, ad compliance, and data privacy.

Requirements

- 3+ years of digital marketing experience in the service industry, preferably in legal, financial, or consulting domains.

- Hands-on expertise in Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Zoho Campaigns, ActiveCampaign).

- Strong experience in building lead generation funnels and optimizing campaigns for quality and cost-efficiency.

- Good understanding of email marketing planning, list segmentation, and automation workflows.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and take corrective action quickly.

- Knowledge of CRM platforms like Zoho CRM and marketing automation tools.

- Excellent communication and project management skills.

- Self-motivated and capable of working independently as well as in collaboration with internal teams.
