Key Responsibilities:
- Define governance roadmaps and establish KRIs/KPIs to measure data quality and compliance.
- Lead data control implementation initiatives and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to design effective data strategies and governance solutions.
- Translate business requirements into clear, actionable technical specifications.
- Conduct in-depth data analysis by writing and optimizing complex SQL queries.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across systems and processes.
- Prepare executive-level reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate insights and findings.
- Support continuous improvement of data governance processes and best practices.
Must-Have Skills:
- Strong coding proficiency with the ability to write complex SQL queries for data analysis.
- Hands-on experience defining governance roadmaps and performance metrics (KRIs/KPIs).
- Demonstrated ability to work with stakeholders to develop data strategies and governance solutions.
- Strong capability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Highly collaborative mindset with strong ability to drive consensus across teams.
- Proficiency in spreadsheets, presentation tools, and dashboard/reporting platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional analytical thinking and strong attention to detail
