Retention Marketing Specialist - D2C Responsibilities: - Develop and execute retention strategies to reduce churn and increase the customer lifetime value - Work closely with marketing, sales, and customer support teams to identify customer pain points and develop solutions to address them - Analyze customer data to identify trends and insights, and make data-driven decisions to improve retention and loyalty - Collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve the customer experience and identify new features or services to increase retention - Develop and manage customer engagement programs, such as loyalty programs, referral programs, and customer advocacy initiatives - Monitor customer feedback and reviews to identify areas for improvement and address customer concerns - Develop and track key performance metrics related to retention and customer satisfaction, and report on progress to senior management - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer retention, and incorporate new ideas and strategies into our retention programs Requirements: - Bachelor's/PG degree in business, marketing, or a related field - 4+ years of experience in retention marketing/marketing automation domain - Experience developing and managing customer engagement programs, such as loyalty programs or referral programs - Experience with customer/user journey mapping - Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and marketing automation tools - Clevertap - Proven track record of improving customer retention and satisfaction metrics
