Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Customer Service Associate located in Kochi. The Senior Customer Service Associate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing excellent customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of phone etiquette.
The role also includes managing customer experience and addressing any issues that arise to provide a seamless and satisfactory service to our users.
Qualifications
- Customer Support and Customer Service skills
- Experience in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience management
- Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging situations
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role is preferred
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field
