Role Overview:
- We are seeking a dynamic Corporate Health Sales Specialist to manage corporate health sales, drive business development, conduct negotiations, and deliver sustained sales growth.
- The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in corporate sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently towards aggressive targets.
Key Responsibilities / KRAs:
- Develop and manage a robust corporate health sales pipeline.
- Identify potential corporate clients and new business opportunities in the health solutions space.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships with key decision-makers.
- Present customized corporate health solutions that meet client needs.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed monthly and annual targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery to clients.
- Prepare and deliver impactful sales presentations, proposals, and reports.
- Track market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and update CRM systems regularly.
- Provide timely reports and insights to management on market and sales performance.
Key Skillsets Required:
- Proven experience in corporate sales, business development, and negotiation.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills.
- Results-driven with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Good understanding of corporate health solutions or healthcare industry.

- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office applications.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Knowledge of the healthcare or technology industry is a plus.
