Key Responsibilities:
Contract Management & Administration:
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of agreements, including vendor contracts, service agreements, NDAs, and MSAs.
- Ensure all contracts are compliant with legal, regulatory, and corporate policies.
- Manage the entire contract lifecycle from initiation and approval to renewal, amendment, or closure.
- Maintain an organized and up-to-date contract repository, tracking key milestones such as renewals, expirations, and obligations.
- Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure timely and accurate contract execution.
- Conduct risk assessments and support the mitigation of potential legal and commercial risks in contracts.
Procurement & Sourcing:
- Lead the end-to-end procurement process, from vendor identification and evaluation to purchase order execution.
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to optimize cost, quality, and delivery timelines.
- Identify, assess, and onboard vendors in alignment with company standards and compliance
policies.
- Negotiate commercial terms, pricing structures, and service-level agreements (SLAs) to achieve favorable outcomes.
- Drive cost optimization, process efficiency, and procurement automation initiatives.
- Ensure all procurement activities adhere to corporate governance, ethical standards, and compliance frameworks.
Vendor & Stakeholder Management:
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
- Conduct vendor performance reviews, manage escalations, and support dispute resolution when necessary.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, Operations, and Business teams to align sourcing strategies with business goals.
- Support internal stakeholders with market insights, supplier evaluations, and procurement analytics.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of contract law, commercial terms, and procurement principles.
- Proven experience in contract drafting, redlining, and negotiation.
- Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Coupa) and MS Office tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple contracts and projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with vendor compliance, risk assessment, and regulatory frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors and Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- LLB can also preferred.
- 58 years of experience in contract management, contract administration, or procurement & sourcing.
- Prior experience in IT, manufacturing, or service-based industries preferred.
- Professional certifications such as CIPS, CPSM, or PMP will be an added advantage
