Role Overview

- We're looking for a Content Marketing Specialist who is first and foremost a skilled storyteller and writer.

- You'll create high-impact written content that speaks directly to US business audiences - especially CIOs, CTOs, IT Directors, and Operations Leads - across the IT services, Real Estate, and PropTech sectors.

- Your words will define how our product is perceived - from our website and blogs to email campaigns, case studies, and thought leadership pieces.

Key Responsibilities

- Write and edit clear, engaging, and technically accurate content for blogs, website pages, email campaigns, landing pages, and case studies.

- Create content tailored for US audiences, reflecting cultural tone, industry priorities, and buyer behavior.

- Research and write thought leadership and educational articles around integration, automation, digital transformation, and proptech innovations.

- Work with internal teams (marketing, product, and design) to translate product capabilities into compelling stories and benefits.

- Ensure brand voice and message consistency across all written materials.

- Optimize content for SEO and readability.

- Repurpose long-form content into short-form or social-friendly formats.

- Stay updated on trends in SaaS, PropTech, and IT integration to keep content relevant and forward-thinking.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 2+ years of experience in content writing or content marketing, ideally for middleware integration tool or SaaS companies.

- Proven experience writing for US enterprise audiences (samples or portfolio required).

- Strong command over written English - tone, flow, and clarity.

- Ability to write for multiple personas including CIOs, CTOs, IT Directors, and Operations Leads.

- Understanding of IT services, Real Estate, or PropTech industries.

- Familiarity with SEO best practices and keyword optimization.

- Detail-oriented, research-driven, and deadline-focused.

Nice to Have:

- Experience writing for integration, automation, or SaaS platforms.

- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and content analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, etc.

- Comfortable collaborating in a fast-paced startup environment
