The client is a leading global technology-driven manufacturing company Compensation and Benefits Specialist, 4-6 Years (Fixed Term) - Support effective and consistent application of compensation programs, practices, and processes. - Support key processes such as benchmarking, and merit increase across group locations. Location Pune; India This is a maternity cover role and a fixed-term contract for upto twelve months Role & Responsibilities: - Provide support for effective and consistent application of global compensation programs, practices, and policies across the organization - Support Merit Increase Process across company locations in Europe, Asia & North America - Support key projects to drive and facilitate compensation, benefits programs, and initiatives. - Administer and maintain compensation-related database and management systems. - Support projects such as defining Job Descriptions, Grades and Bands - Consolidate and review input data for market-based compensation surveys; Use data analysis techniques to assess results and market trends. - Benchmark jobs against survey data and other market intelligence to determine competitive compensation ranges for positions. - Develop & maintain compensation-related reporting and dashboards. - Provide analytical support and data analysis on projects and compensation-related metrics Skills and Experience: - MBA in HR/ PH with 4+ years' experience in a similar role in compensation and benefits - Good knowledge of compensation and benefits principles and procedures. - Proven expertise in completing and submitting data for compensation benchmarking surveys. - Advanced skills in data reporting and analysis using MS Excel - Hands-on experience on MS Office tools such as PowerPoint, Outlook, Word - Experience in HR practices and compensation cycle management - Experience in SuccessFactors is desirable - Proven ability to focus on details and deliver high-quality, accurate results. - Strong organizing and program management skills - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Team player
