Translate industry knowledge on C&B into product development efforts for our SaaS platform 2. Act as a C&B Subject Matter expert and a Product Evangelist to our Clientele and within the Total Rewards ecosystem 3. Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in the field 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of our platform with client needs and business goals 5. Analyze data and provide recommendations for improving our platform IDEAL PERSONA : 1. MBA from Top B-Schools 2. 2-5 years of experience into C&B (Program design and implementation) 3.
