Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the Founder to manage key stakeholder and client relationships.
- Handle end-to-end communication with event clients, from onboarding to post-event follow-up.
- Develop and present tailored sales proposals and sponsorship decks for events.
- Drive event sales management by identifying opportunities, pitching to potential sponsors, and converting leads.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients and sponsors, ensuring timely follow-ups and high service standards.
- Prepare high-impact presentations and reports using PowerPoint and MS Office.
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships by delivering value and identifying upsell opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in client servicing, event sales, or sponsorship management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with senior stakeholders and high-value clients.
- Proven ability to create persuasive proposals and visual presentations.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office (especially PowerPoint).
- Organized, multitasker, with a strong focus on follow-through and execution.
