Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct stakeholder inventory, impact assessments & change adoption plans.
- Develop & execute change management & communication plans.
- Create internal deliverables (plans, assessments, training materials, executive briefs).
- Analyze data & metrics to evaluate campaign success and improve strategies.
- Manage multiple change management projects simultaneously.
Qualifications:
- Certified Change Management Professional is an advantage.
- Strong project management, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel).
- Consulting/Professional services experience preferred
