
Job Overview:
We're looking for a proactive Campus Recruitment Specialist to manage and optimize operational workflows related to university hiring and onboarding.
You'll ensure strict adherence to regulatory standards, coordinate with various stakeholders for seamless process compliance, and contribute to initiatives that enhance our operational efficiency and readiness.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 2 years of experience and an immediate availability to make a significant impact on our talent acquisition processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all recruitment documentation and processes strictly adhere to regulatory standards.
- Regularly review and update compliance protocols in alignment with the National Apprenticeship Act.
- Coordinate with RGs, Payroll, and Deloitte to uphold 100% process compliance, particularly in document collection, coordination, and operational execution.
- Support additional initiatives that contribute to streamlined operations and enhanced compliance readiness.
- Provide ongoing support for other university operations and coordination activities.
Requirements
- Proven ability to manage and optimize operational workflows.
- Strong understanding of regulatory standards and compliance protocols, ideally including the National Apprenticeship Act.
- Excellent coordination skills with various internal and external stakeholders (e.g., RGs, Payroll, vendors like Deloitte).
- Demonstrated ability to ensure process compliance, especially in document collection and operational execution.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to support and drive streamlining initiatives.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
