
About the Role:
Farsight Technologies is expanding its SaaS business and we're looking for a Business Development Specialist who can drive growth through strategic lead generation, client engagement, and sales conversions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities for Farsight's HRMS and SaaS solutions.
- Build relationships with HR, IT, and business decision-makers across industries.
- Deliver engaging demos, proposals, and sales presentations.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding and retention.
- Maintain a structured sales pipeline and accurate CRM reporting.
- Stay updated on market trends, competition, and customer insights.
What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS / HR Tech / Cloud solution sales.
- Strong understanding of enterprise and SMB sales cycles.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Tech-savvy, self-driven, and target-oriented.
- Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho.
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Business / Tech.
