Description: We are seeking a proactive Business Development specialist to join us.


The ideal candidate is a dynamic team player with strong networking skills, a knack for business building, and the ability to identify and develop new opportunities through research and collaboration across departments.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with C-suite and leadership to drive growth in Branding, Marketing, and Business Development.

- Identify business concerns and recommend strategies to enhance sustainability and profitability.

- Contribute to long-term strategic planning and work closely with senior cross-functional teams.

- Conduct market research to identify opportunities and develop entry strategies.

- Track potential clients by analyzing markets and global tech trends.

- Engage prospects through cold calls, LinkedIn, email, and CRM tools.

- Schedule meetings with decision-makers and deliver impactful pitches.

- Build and nurture client relationships by understanding their needs.

- Support the sales process with lead management and data insights.

- Close sales deals and document outcomes.

- Track KPIs and conduct regular team check-ins.

- Continuously refine strategies based on feedback.

Qualifications:

- 1-2 years of full-time working experience

- Postgraduates preferred

- Prior stints at a B2B business with a good understanding of B2B KPIs.

- Strong analytical mind set and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and quick decision-making abilities
