About the Rolel

- We are seeking a motivated B2B / Industrial Sales Specialist to join our client's sales team.

- Ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in industrial product sales, strong client management skills, and the ability to drive revenue growth through effective business development.

Key Responsibilities / KRAsl

- Business Development & Sales Growth - Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through lead generation, pipeline management, and closures.

- Client Relationship Management - Build, nurture, and sustain strong long-term relationships with industrial clients to ensure repeat and referral business.

- Product Positioning & Demonstrations - Present and explain technical products (heat exchangers, bearings, lubrications) to customers, highlighting value proposition.

- Market Penetration - Identify new business opportunities, untapped segments, and expand market share within Hosur and nearby industrial hubs.

- Sales Planning & Reporting - Prepare accurate sales forecasts, MIS reports, and maintain CRM data for performance tracking.

- Collaboration with Internal Teams - Coordinate with supply chain, operations, and service teams to ensure timely delivery, installation, and after-sales support.

- Competitor & Market Intelligence - Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and industry developments to provide inputs for strategy.

- Customer Satisfaction & Retention - Ensure high service levels, timely issue resolution, and strong post-sales support.

- Promotions & Campaigns - Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns to generate leads and enhance brand visibility.

- Collections & Payment Follow-up - Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments and maintain healthy account -receivables.

Requirements:

- 3-4 years of proven experience in B2B / Industrial Product Sales.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Willingness to travel across Hosur and nearby regions.

Qualification: MBA (preferred). Must own a bike and hold a valid driving license.
