Job Description:
- Leading Project Service Delivery - FAO
- Ensuring SLA/KPIs monitoring and compliance
- Team Management - Work allocation, quality check, timeline adherence, team training
- Team hiring, replacement execution, backup planning
- Leading various audits (internal, statutory, special etc. )
- Process simplification initiatives
- Service Performance Report preparation, Cadence with client, monthly Governance with Senior management
- Ensuring internal governance review of region
- Building relationship with client to extend the relationship base
- Preparing risk control matrix of projects, monitoring of risks and getting process audited (internal as well as statutory)
- Monitoring of project financial and ensuring set budgets are achieved
