About the Role:
- We are looking for a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to take full ownership of strategizing, executing, and optimizing marketing initiatives for both our organization and our clients.
- This is an individual contributor role, ideal for someone who enjoys being hands-on with campaigns, diving deep into SEO and analytics, and directly driving measurable results.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 4+ years of proven, hands-on experience in digital marketing SEO, Analytics & Reporting, Content marketing, Social Media Strategy, AEO, GEO, AI-assisted marketing, and paid ads.
- Proven experience managing SEO campaigns for the US market.
- Strong practical expertise with Technical SEO, SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog).
- Solid knowledge of Google Ads, Social Media Ads, Google Tag Manager, and Search Console.
- Experience executing campaigns using marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, etc.) is a plus.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make real-time decisions.
- Excellent communication skills for working with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple campaigns/projects independently.
- Familiarity with Drupal would be an advantage.
Responsibilities:
Strategy & Planning:
- Plan, develop, and implement marketing strategies end-to-end across SEO, paid media (PPC), and content-driven campaigns.
- Stay ahead of emerging digital marketing and AI trends, bringing innovative ideas to the team.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and sales teams to align efforts while retaining direct execution responsibility.
Execution & Campaign Management:
- Personally manage SEO activities including audits, keyword research, content optimization, link-building, and technical SEO.
- Plan, set up, and run Google and LinkedIn Ads campaigns, owning everything from keyword strategy to creative testing and budget optimization.
- Create and manage landing pages, marketing automation workflows, and lead nurturing campaigns.
- Implement AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) / GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) strategies to increase visibility on AI platforms.
Analytics & Optimization:
- Independently monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and reporting dashboards.
- Use advanced SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and Screaming Frog to perform audits, track performance, and optimize strategies.
- Measure key performance indicators (KPIs), produce clear, actionable reports and continuously refine campaigns to maximize ROI.
Client-Facing Engagement:
- Work directly with clients to design and implement marketing strategies that fit their goals.
- Able to align availability with US team hours when required.
- Present campaign outcomes, share insights, and recommend data-backed improvements
