Role Overview: We are looking for a high-performing Social Media Manager with an IIM background to lead SpeakIn's digital brand voice and storytelling. This role is primarily focused on engaging B2C audiences - including professionals, learners, and coaching aspirants - while supporting strategic B2B brand initiatives. You will be responsible for owning SpeakIn's presence across all major social platforms, driving reach, engagement, lead generation, and conversions. The ideal candidate will bring a mix of creative flair, strategic thinking, and a strong grasp of SEO and SEM practices to lead multi-platform social media campaigns.
