Role Overview: Entrepreneur-in-Residence (EIR) The Entrepreneur-in-Residence (EIR) at SpeakIn is a high-impact role designed for a dynamic, entrepreneurial professional ready to lead strategic initiatives and build new business lines within the organization. This role offers an opportunity to innovate, experiment, and drive growth - working closely with the leadership team to bring new ideas to life. This is a remote-first role, but will require travel based on project or business needs. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the identification, development, and scaling of new business opportunities that align with SpeakIn's vision and long-term strategic goals - Take complete end-to-end ownership of new products or business lines - from idea validation, market research, and MVP launch to growth, monetization, and scale-up - Drive revenue generation and business growth by building sustainable models, identifying new customer segments, and unlocking new monetization streams - Work closely with product, design, tech, and content teams to translate market insights into scalable product solutions with measurable impact - Increase SpeakIn's market share by developing differentiated positioning, competitive advantage, and high-impact go-to-market strategies - Execute structured pilots and early launches, closely tracking KPIs and iterating based on user feedback and performance metrics - Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute outreach, engagement, and conversion campaigns for new verticals or offerings - Build business cases and financial models for new projects, evaluating ROI, break-even timelines, and resource allocation - Forge and manage strategic partnerships and alliances to expand reach, enhance value proposition, and create joint growth opportunities - Maintain agility and ownership in a dynamic environment, driving initiatives independently with minimal supervision and maximum accountability What We're Looking For: - IIM graduate with a strong academic background (mandatory) - Minimum 2 years of professional experience, preferably in startups, consulting, product, or business strategy - Proven entrepreneurial mindset - prior experience in launching initiatives or working in high-growth environments - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and execution skills - Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership capabilities - Willingness to travel when required for high-impact meetings, launches, or partnerships What You'll Gain: - End-to-end ownership of high-stakes initiatives with real business impact - Strategic mentorship from founders and senior leadership - Opportunity to build and scale from within a successful, mission-driven company - Access to SpeakIn's network of 18,000+ global thought leaders and experts - Dynamic, remote-first work environment with flexibility and autonomy
