Spaulding Ridge - OneStream Manager

The Role:

We are currently seeking an Architect to join our OneStream practice in Bangalore, Jaipur, or Pune.

In this role, you will lead the design and delivery of OneStream solutions, build strong client relationships, and provide strategic oversight to project teams.

In this role, the ideal candidate will be able to:

- Collaborate with clients to integrate OneStream Software into their FP&A processes, offering guidance on best practices.

- Manage client expectations and ensure accountability throughout the project lifecycle.

- Identify and pursue new opportunities within existing client accounts.

- Review and refine functional and technical project deliverables.

- Evaluate task estimates and technical solutions; finalize effort estimations and project plans.

- Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the delivery process of OneStream solutions.

You have:

- 8+ years of experience in FP&A projects, with a strong focus on OneStream or Oracle Hyperion PBCS/EPBCS implementations.

- Experience as a Solution Architect on at least 3 full lifecycle OneStream or Oracle Hyperion projects.

- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.

- Strong business acumen and deep functional knowledge of EPM/CPM applications.
