Purpose

- Drive delivery quality, governance, and process excellence across Spatial Guides consulting and solution engagements.

Role Overview

- Join the Delivery Excellence team to ensure that Spatial Guides engagements across strategy consulting, product development, intelligent systems, and customer experience solutions meet the highest standards of delivery quality, efficiency, and client value. This role reports to the Head of Delivery Excellence and works cross-functionally with consulting and product teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Establish and manage governance frameworks for consulting engagements and solution delivery (strategy, product, and intelligent systems).

- Conduct quality reviews of deliverables across Spatial Guides offerings: digital platforms, immersive/AR experiences, and AI-agent systems.

- Track project risks, dependencies, and corrective actions across engagements.

- Create and maintain delivery playbooks, templates, and dashboards suited to AI/immersive/2D-3D workflows.

- Manage knowledge assets including case studies, best practices, and internal repositories.

- Define, monitor, and report on delivery KPIs (cycle time, defect rate, client adoption, utilization).

- Support consulting and product teams in scoping, resourcing, and milestone tracking.

Ideal Candidate Profile

- MBA from IIM or equivalent Tier-1 B-school (Operations, Strategy, or Analytics specialization preferred).

- Internship or prior experience in consulting, delivery, or solution implementation (digital/technology/immersive domains preferred).

- Strong analytical and problem-structuring skills; proficiency in Excel or Power BI.

- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to synthesize and present information effectively.

- Process-driven mindset with attention to detail; able to perform under ambiguity.

- Interest in digital transformation, immersive tech, or intelligent systems is an advantage.
