- Seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you will play a critical role in driving customer success and satisfaction, maximizing customer lifetime value, and fostering long-term relationships with our clients. - You will lead a team of Customer Success Managers and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success at all stages of the customer journey. - The ideal candidate is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, possesses strong leadership skills, and has a proven track record in driving customer success in a B2B environment. Lead and mentor a team of Customer Success Managers 2. Foster a positive and collaborative team culture 3. Develop strategies for customer success, adoption, and retention 4. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders 5. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities 6. Address customer concerns and escalations 7. Oversee customer onboarding and deliver training programs 8. Monitor customer adoption and provide proactive guidance 9. Analyze customer data and feedback for improvement opportunities 10. Develop and execute action plans to enhance customer experience 11. Foster collaboration and effective communication with internal teams. Requirements : - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred) - Proven experience of approximately 10 years in a customer-facing role, preferably in a B2B tech background - Presently handling US clients in a similar role - Demonstrated leadership experience, including effective team mentoring and management - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for building strong relationships - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret customer data - Goal-oriented mindset, consistently meeting or exceeding customer success targets - Technical aptitude and ability to quickly grasp complex products or services - Experience in the SaaS industry or working with technology solutions is a plus - Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving customer success.
