Role Overview:

- As an Analyst you will provide support in executing the firm's most critical mandates and strategic initiatives.

- This role requires a blend of rigorous financial technicality and participate in the firm's execution capabilities. You will gain an unparalleled view of the investment banking landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

Executive Execution & Client Management:

- Advisory Support: Serve as the primary point of contact on active deal mandates, ensuring the quality and timely delivery of all project milestones.

- High-Stakes Collateral: Lead the end-to-end preparation of marketing materials, including CIM, bespoke pitch decks, and strategic business plans for clients.

- Strategic Communication: Assist in drafting research notes, investment theses, and thought-leadership pieces that can be circulated with the investor / influencer community.

Market Intelligence & Strategic Research:

- Sectoral Vision: Create and maintain financial models for valuation / sectoral trends that can provide actionable insights into emerging market opportunities.

- Knowledge Custodian: Maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of industry trends and regulatory developments

- Primary Insights: Devise independent primary research methodologies to capture market sentiment and identify trends.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- Educational Background: MBA/PGDM in Finance or Strategy from a Tier 1 Business School.

- Professional Credentials: A CA or USA CFA Charter is highly advantageous given the technical rigor required by the CEO's office.
