Role Overview:

We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 4+ years of experience in advisory, tax planning, and regulatory compliance. The role will work closely with the business team and tax team to provide strategic guidance on domestic and international investments while ensuring compliance with FEMA and tax regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Advise clients on domestic and international investment opportunities.

- Provide guidance on FEMA regulations, cross-border transactions, and foreign investments.

- Support clients with tax planning and structuring strategies.

- Collaborate with business teams and tax professionals to deliver comprehensive advisory solutions.

- Analyze regulatory and tax implications of investment decisions.

- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and reporting requirements.

- Monitor changes in FEMA, tax laws, and investment regulations and assess their impact on clients.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).

- 4+ years of relevant experience in advisory, tax planning, FEMA, or investment consulting.

- Thorough understanding of FEMA regulations and tax planning concepts.

- Knowledge of domestic and international investment structures and taxation.

- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
