Manager - Finance & Accounts
Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Accounts Payable (AP):
- Process vendor invoices, verify accuracy, and ensure timely payments.
- Maintain records of all payments and expenditures, including purchase orders, invoices, and statements.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Coordinate with procurement and operations teams for invoice approvals.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
Accounts Receivable (AR):
- Generate and send invoices to clients/borrowers.
- Monitor incoming payments and follow up on overdue accounts.
- Maintain accurate records of receivables and collections.
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing issues.
- Prepare aging reports and assist in credit risk analysis.
General Finance Support:
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.
- Support audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance./ CA/ICWA
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP systems).
- Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
