Manager - Sales
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales targets.
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company goals and evolving market conditions to drive revenue growth.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, competitive dynamics, and new business opportunities.
- Identify, qualify, and target potential clients through networking, referrals, and market intelligence.
- Build and sustain long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
- Set realistic yet challenging sales targets and monitor team performance against these goals, taking corrective actions as needed.
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to track progress, identify gaps, and generate actionable insights for improvement.
- Prepare, present, and communicate detailed sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to align sales initiatives and improve overall customer experience.
- Lead high-stakes negotiations with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and long-term partnerships.
- Maintain clear, transparent, and effective communication with all internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Masters or Bachelors degree in Business or related field.
- Proven experience in sales strategy development, execution, and market research.
- Strong ability to identify potential clients and manage client relationships effectively.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills with a track record of driving sales performance.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
