Role Details:

Job Title : Purchase Head SCM

Experience : 8-15 Years

Location- Gurgaon

Key Job Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute procurement and sourcing strategies.

- Identify, evaluate, and manage key suppliers.

- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing.

- Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance.

- Drive cost optimization and manage procurement budgets.

- Maintain proper documentation and ensure audit readiness.

- Lead and mentor the procurement team.

- Collaborate with finance, operations, logistics, and quality teams for material planning and

supply continuity

Key Skills:

- 7 to 10 years of B2B sales experience in building materials, HVAC, elevators, or MEP products.

- Strong network with builders, architects, contractors, and consultants.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing high-value projects.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Ability to work independently and travel as required.

Skills:

- Strong negotiation & analytical abilities.

- Expertise in sourcing & vendor management.

- ERP knowledge (SAP/Oracle/MS Dynamics).

- Excellent communication & team leadership.

Qualification:

- Degree in supply chain/business/engineering; MBA preferred.

- 8 to 15 years of procurement experience with 3 to 5 years in a senior role.

- Preferred experience in Telecom / Automotive / FMCG / Manufacturing
