Role Details:

Job Title: Chief Business Officer (CBO)

Manager: CEO STL

Location: Gurgaon

Key Job Responsibilities:

- Drive overall business strategy, revenue growth, and new market expansion.

- Lead sales, business development, and strategic account functions.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key enterprise and telecom clients.

- Identify new business opportunities and drive end-to-end go-to-market plans.

- Manage P&L, budgets, forecasts, and profitability metrics.

- Develop strategic partnerships with OEMs, operators, and channel partners.

- Lead contract negotiations and high-value commercial proposals.

- Collaborate with product, operations, and leadership teams to deliver integrated solutions.

- Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term business sustainability.
