Description:

Our client is one of the leading Automotive player.

- Drive high-impact, enterprise-wide transformations related to digital transformation, advanced analytics, AI, and automation across the automotive value chain.

- Function as a technology thought partner across multiple long-term business transformation programs running within the brand by brining in technology best practices and

- Lead identification of opportunity areas, impact assessment, and solutioning for digital transformation, data analytics, and AI use cases by leveraging first principles thinking, external benchmarks and insights from technology & start up ecosystem.

- Work closely with Digtal.AI Labs ( in-house Digital & AI function) to ensure timely execution of Digital & AI transformation programs.

- Track progress, identify delivery and technology obsolescence risks, and provide inputs on corrective actions to deliver measurable outcomes.

- Establish governance cadence for all Digital & AI transformation programs within the organization.

- Prepare and present progress updates, strategic recommendations, and decision points for reviews with senior stakeholders and the MD.

- Foster a culture of continuous technology improvement & technology led solutioning within the teams.

Experience type (Functional skills + Specific companies):

Must have:

- Top-tier technology consulting experience (BCGX, Accenture Strategy, Big4) with exposure to Automotive industry

- Proven experience in technology transformation (enterprise platforms, architecture), Industry 4.0, and advanced analytics & AI implementation, and large-scale program management

- Understanding of evolving technology landscape, ecosystem, and emerging players.

Good to have:

- Industry experience in automotive or manufacturing sector.

- Prior role in Digital Transformation Office/ technology function in other large conglomerates
