Our client is one of the leading Automotive player in the industry.

Role: Transformation Lead

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 7-13 Years

Role & Expectations:

1. Drive high-impact, cross-functional programs aligned with the SCV-PU business transformation agenda to achieve long-term aspirations (e.g., EV scale-up, new business models, etc.).

2. Apply first-principle thinking, data analytics, and external benchmarking to design innovative solutions. Engage with customers, channel partners, and ecosystem players to incorporate market insights.

3. Work closely with business and functional teams to ensure timely execution of transformation programs. Track progress, identify risks, and provide inputs on corrective actions to deliver measurable outcomes.

4. Establish governance cadence for all transformation programs within the Business Unit.

5. Prepare and present progress updates, strategic recommendations, and decision points for Business Unit Head and Executive Director reviews.

6. Foster a transformation mindset across business teams by embedding structured problem-solving, data-driven decision-making, and agile ways of working.

Required Experience:

Must have:

1. Top-tier management consulting experience with exposure to Automotive industry

2. Proven experience in strategy design, business transformation, and large-scale program management

3. Understanding of last-mile logistics and applicable vehicle segments (SCV-PU, 3W, 2W)

Good to have:

1. Industry experience in automotive, logistics, or mobility ecosystem.

2. Prior role in Transformation Office or Corporate Strategy in other large conglomerates.
