Experience Required: 4 - 8 years of experience in commercial due diligence and business evaluation; preferably gained tier-1 consulting firms (MBBK, EY, PwC, Strategy&, KPMG), transaction advisory or top-tier advisory firms or similar in-house experience gained in tech services firms (Accenture, Cognizant )

Role Overview:
As a Senior Manager/GM in the Strategy Office, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing enterprise-wide growth agenda. You will work closely with the CSO and senior leadership to evaluate and drive strategic investments, partnerships, and M&A opportunities in priority and emerging areas.
This is a high-impact role for an analytically strong professional with deep commercial due diligence expertise, strong business modelling skills, and the ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders. The role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution to support external growth and long-term value creation.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Commercial Due Diligence & Deal Evaluation:
- Manage the M&A opportunity pipeline, including target identification, prioritization, and synergy sizing (AI-led, capability-led, and market-led)
- Lead and review commercial due diligence engagements including target performance assessment, market analysis, customer/segment evaluation, and product/technology fit
- Build and review business models, financial scenarios, and valuation frameworks to compare multiple targets within a domain
- Conduct and coordinate synergy assessments, integration readiness checks, and risk identification
- Support creation of investment memos, recommendations, and materials for Board and Executive Committee reviews
2. Market Intelligence & Strategic Foresight:
- Track industry trends, competitive movements, and emerging technologies particularly in AI, digital services, and next-gen IT
- Synthesize insights into actionable recommendations for senior leadership and contribute to enterprise-level strategic planning
3. Cross-Functional Leadership & Stakeholder Management:
- Partner with key functions (business units, finance, IT, HR, legal) to drive alignment and execution of strategic priorities
- Lead and mentor a small team of analysts/associates, fostering analytical rigor and high-quality output
- Drive structured governance, seamless collaboration, and timely execution across internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications & Experience:
- MBA from tier-1 institution with strong experience in commercial due diligence, transaction advisory, or business evaluation (mandatory)
- 4-6 years of experience in tier-1/2 consulting firms or commercial due diligence roles in tech services firms with significant exposure to the technology / IT services sector
- Expertise in business and financial modelling, valuation, scenario analysis, and commercial assessment
- Strong understanding of AI, digital technologies, and technology-enabled business models (preferred)
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and executive presentation skills
- Proven ability to manage and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and external partners
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word (mandatory)
