Role Overview:

As the Senior HRBP - Tech & Product, you will be a strategic partner to the Technology and Product teams, driving HR initiatives that align with business objectives and foster a high-performance culture. You will work closely with leadership to understand their talent needs, provide guidance on organizational design, and implement programs that attract, develop, and retain top talent. This role directly impacts the success of technology and product roadmap by ensuring we have the right people, in the right roles, with the right skills to deliver innovative solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with Tech & Product leadership to develop and execute HR strategies that support business goals, resulting in improved team performance and innovation.

- Provide expert guidance on talent management, performance management, and employee relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies and procedures.

- Lead talent acquisition efforts for critical Tech & Product roles, collaborating with the recruitment team to attract and hire top-tier candidates.

- Manage the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development planning, to enhance employee engagement and productivity.

- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive work environment, leading to increased employee satisfaction and retention.

- Proactively address employee relations issues, conducting thorough investigations and recommending appropriate resolutions to maintain a harmonious workplace.

- Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and insights, providing recommendations to improve HR programs and practices.

- Manage stakeholder expectations effectively, building strong relationships with leaders and employees across the Tech & Product organizations.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.

- Proven expertise in talent management, performance management, and employee relations.

- Strong talent acquisition skills, including sourcing, interviewing, and selection.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.

- Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- MBA in Human Resources from Tier 1 Institutes.

- 7-10 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably supporting Tech & Product teams.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
