About the Role

We are hiring a Sourcing Specialist - AI & Data Insights who combines sourcing expertise with analytics and AI tools to drive smarter vendor and cost decisions.

This role focuses on data-driven sourcing, vendor performance optimization, and AI-enabled insights to improve speed, cost, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Sourcing & Vendor Management

- Manage end-to-end sourcing lifecycle (development to delivery)

- Handle vendor onboarding, negotiation, and performance tracking

- Drive cost optimization and sourcing efficiency

Data Analytics & Insights

- Build dashboards using Excel / Power BI

- Analyze cost trends, vendor performance, and sourcing KPIs

- Generate insights for business decision-making

AI & Automation

- Use tools like ChatGPT / Copilot for sourcing insights

- Leverage AI for market intelligence and data analysis

- Identify automation opportunities in sourcing workflows

Market Intelligence

- Track global sourcing trends and pricing shifts

- Identify supply risks and diversification opportunities

- Support strategic sourcing decisions

Candidate Requirements

- Experience in sourcing / procurement / supply chain / analytics

- Strong Excel + Power BI (or similar tools)

- Exposure to AI tools (ChatGPT, automation tools)

- Experience in vendor management / sourcing lifecycle

- Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills

Good to Have

- Apparel / Retail / E-commerce sourcing experience

- Global sourcing exposure (US/EU markets)

- Experience in analytics or procurement transformation
