Description:
Primary Purpose: Responsible for developing and managing the sales sourcing strategy to drive business growth.
This includes identifying new sales opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients and channel partners, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure project alignment.
Key Activities:
1.Lead Sourcing and Development:
- Identify and source sales opportunities through channel partners, referrals, and industry networks.
- Build and maintain a database of potential clients for ongoing and upcoming projects.
- Conduct research to understand market trends and identify target client segments.
- Maintain consistent communication with channel partners to maximize lead generation.
2. Client and Channel Partner Engagement:
- Build strong relationships with channel partners to drive business growth.
- Conduct presentations and discussions to keep partners updated on project offerings.
- Address basic client inquiries and redirect complex requirements to senior team members.
- Attend client meetings and site visits, representing the companys projects and offerings.
3. Sales Support and Coordination:
- Collaborate with the sales closing team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads.
- Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, presentations, and marketing materials.
- Track the progress of leads through the sales pipeline and provide regular updates to the reporting manager.
4. Reporting and Data Management:
- Maintain accurate and updated records of leads, client interactions, and channel partner communications in CRM tools.
- Generate and submit regular reports on lead sourcing activities and conversion rates.
- Analyze data to identify patterns and suggest improvements in sourcing strategies.
5. Process Optimization:
- Suggest and implement improvements in sourcing processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align campaigns with sourcing objectives.
- Stay updated with industry best practices and trends to enhance sourcing efforts
Qualification: Graduate in any Discipline
Prior Experience:
- 8+ years experience in a sales centric role in real estate industry.
- SOBO Market Experience is Mandatory
