We're looking for a sharp individual contributor (IC) to drive vendor management, costing, compliance, and product development across global markets.

What Youll Own:

- Sourcing strategy for Electronic Toys

- Vendor matrix, costing, quality, and compliance

- Cross-functional collaboration with global HQ & suppliers

- Risk management & market intelligence

You Bring:

- 5-10 yrs in Hard Goods sourcing/merchandising into Electronic Toys, Furniture, etc.

- Strong vendor network & cost negotiation skills

- Knowledge of U.S. retail standards, duty, and compliance

- Experience with Toys, Electronics, or related categories
