Role Overview:

As a Sourcing Lead - Category, you will serve as the strategic architect for our procurement ecosystem, driving end-to-end category management to optimize value and operational efficiency. You will operate at the intersection of supply chain strategy and vendor relations, working closely with cross-functional stakeholders, internal business units, and external partners to align procurement goals with overarching business objectives. Your daily focus will involve identifying market trends, executing complex negotiations, and managing vendor performance to ensure a seamless supply chain. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute comprehensive category strategies to ensure the availability of high-quality goods and services while optimizing total cost of ownership.

- Lead high-stakes negotiations with key vendors to secure favorable contract terms, pricing structures, and service level agreements that support business growth.

- Manage the full lifecycle of vendor relationships, from initial identification and development to performance monitoring and periodic business reviews to ensure compliance and reliability.

- Analyze market intelligence and spend data to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements across the supply chain.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable sourcing plans that mitigate supply risks and enhance operational agility.

- Oversee contract management processes to ensure legal and commercial alignment, minimizing exposure while maximizing contractual value.

- Demonstrated expertise in strategic sourcing and category management, with a proven track record of managing complex procurement portfolios across diverse industries.
