The Role

The Software Development Manager (SDM) is a senior engineering leadership role at Source.One. This is not a purely managerial position-we are looking for a hands-on technical leader who can architect, build, and deliver, while simultaneously raising the bar for the broader engineering team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own and drive the end-to-end technical architecture for multiple product verticals.

- Contribute actively to the codebase-design, build, and review production-ready web and mobile applications using the MERN stack and Flutter.

- Lead the integration of AI and ML capabilities-including LLM-based systems, intelligent search, and predictive analytics.

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of senior software engineers.

- Oversee the parallel development of multiple product verticals.

- Contribute to the long-term technology roadmap in collaboration with the Head of Technology and CTO.
