Job Description:

- Perform end-to-end bookkeeping review and accounting finalization for Netherland/Norway-based clients.

- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

- Ensure accuracy of general ledger accounts, reconciliations, and supporting schedules.

- Review journal entries, accruals, prepayments, and closing adjustments.

- Analyze financial data and identify discrepancies or compliance issues.

- Assist in the development, testing, and validation of AI-powered accounting workflows.

- Collaborate with technology and operations teams to improve accounting automation processes.

- Support implementation of AI tools for bookkeeping, financial reporting, and compliance.

- Prepare management reports and provide accounting insights to clients.

- Ensure adherence to accounting standards, internal controls, and best practices.
