About the Role:
- Performance Marketing Leadership: Partner with internal teams and external agencies to drive efficient customer acquisition through Meta, Google, and affiliate channels. Manage data-driven growth with clear ROAS and CAC goals.
- Data Analytics & Shopify Tool Expertise: Monitor and optimize website performance using Shopify analytics, conversion funnels, and custom data dashboards to inform strategy and execution.
- Loyalty & Retention Marketing: Design and implement CRM & loyalty programs to maximize LTV (lifetime value) and retention of core customer segments.
- Payment & Affiliate Partnerships: Lead negotiations and partnerships with payment aggregators and affiliate platforms to enhance the end-to-end customer journey and unlock new acquisition channels.
- Customer Experience Management: Oversee the customer care team to deliver an exceptional post-purchase experience, including returns, exchanges, and proactive customer communication.
- Cross-Functional D2C Team Coordination: Act as the single point of contact between marketing, product, supply chain, and customer support teams to ensure smooth execution of D2C initiatives.
- Inventory & Sell-Through Management: Collaborate closely with supply and merchandising teams to manage website stock levels, plan promotional calendars, and minimize stock-outs or overstock situations.
Key Requirements:
- Strong understanding of Shopify, analytics tools, Google & Meta advertising platforms
- Experience in leading external agency relationships and vendor partnerships
- Proven track record of scaling website sales and improving conversion metrics
- Exceptional leadership, collaboration, and project management skills
