Job Role: Senior Corporate Sales Manager
Y.O.E: 6 to 11 yrs
Location: Mumbai - Lower Parel
Purpose of Role:
- Design Sales Strategy and implement the same in Sales unit across the business
- Achieving individual revenue targets as defined by the business
- Build and maintain strong relationships with the clients.
- Ensuring quality service is provided to clients by following the organization standards
Job Role:
- Responsible to achieve the set Sales Target for the year through traded volumes
- Responsible to create a funnel of corporate clients and ensure they are regularly solicited
- Manage and maintain a tracker with 100% visibility to the sales head
- Responsible to scoping & identify potential markets to enter
- Gather market intelligence on competition accounts and ensure all RFPs floated in the market are tracked and participated as per eligibility
- Have a detailed understanding of the product & create a unique offering for the corporate clients
- Responsible to build strong relationships with key influencers and decision makers across all corporate clients
- Lead and develop regional sales team to achieve business objectives.
- Manage and evaluate team members performance, providing regular feedback and support for improvement.
- Achieve and deliver regional sales targets, including both team and individual trading goals.
- Oversee and manage the CRM system for the region, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
- Map and analyze the assigned region/territory to identify market opportunities and drive business growth
