PFB JD for MICE sales role :

1. Responsible for profitable achievement of sales, organization goals and align the sales objectives with overall business strategy

2. Responsible for sales forecasting, sales resource planning and budgeting

3. Achieve budgeted Sales and revenue targets

4. Build pipeline of new customers and maintain Key account relationships to build repeat businesses

5. Deliver SOTC's best in class services to clients

6. Align customer requirements to our delivery systems and handover meetings with Operations

7. Build brand value by demonstrating professional practices

8. Ensure client collections are under control

9. Periodically review the performance of the sales team

10. Establish and govern the sales organizations performance management system, which includes allocation of responsibilities, roles, setting right expectations of the team and drive complete accountability with results

11. Responsible to lead and handle change management

12. Understand the industry best practices and consider implementing them as per business requirement

13. Responsible to build strong relationships with key influencers and decision makers across all corporate clients

16. Focus on innovation and new techniques to penetrate the market

17. Profit optimization to meet the budget

18. Retention of existing accounts

19. Maximize profitability through focus on timely payment collections as per agreement

20. Ensure conversion of leads through various channels

21. Compliance and adherence to operating procedures defined in MICE operations

22. Adherence to operational procedures and compliance requirements as defined by company
