
Product Manager - CX (B2C) E-commerce, Quick commerce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and drive the product roadmap for the consumer mobile and web application (Android/iOS/PWA).
- Collaborate with engineering to define technical requirements, system architecture implications, and scalable solutions.
- Translate customer insights, data, and market research into detailed product requirements and features.
- Lead end-to-end product development from ideation to go-live and post-launch optimization.
- Prioritize feature development using a data-driven and user-centric approach.
- Integrate with logistics, inventory, and pricing systems to ensure real-time accuracy and performance.
- Define and monitor KPIs such as app retention, order conversion, repeat rate, and NPS.
- Conduct A/B tests, user feedback loops, and competitor benchmarking to validate hypotheses and optimize features.
- Work with the design team to ensure delightful and intuitive UI/UX.
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of product management experience in a B2C, preferably in e-commerce, food tech, or quick commerce.
- Strong experience working on consumer applications with high user engagement.
- Technical background (B.Tech/BE/CS or equivalent) or proven experience working closely with engineering teams.
- Deep understanding of mobile app performance metrics, app analytics (Firebase, Mixpanel, Clevertap), and agile tools (JIRA, Notion).
- Familiarity with backend systems, APIs, microservices architecture, and integration of third-party platforms (payment, logistics, CRM).
- Demonstrated success in launching scalable features and improving core business metrics.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Good to Have:
- Experience in fresh produce, grocery, or perishable goods domain.
- Exposure to supply chain tech, live inventory systems, or last-mile delivery integration.
- Prior startup experience or working in high-growth, ambiguous environments.
