- Design the long-term and medium-term People/Talent strategy and budgets for the network in sync with the overall organizational strategy, business plans, talent trends, competition landscape, and values of the organization
- Track the market and industry to scout for the latest trends across organization development, learning, talent management, and total rewards to design the OD, learning & Talent strategy & roadmap for the network
- Create the annual roadmap of initiatives and allocate responsibilities to the team
- Design and drive the performance review system for the organization to ensure organization's business and strategic objectives are met; Bring in best practices and lead integration within the organization
- Drive the talent review exercise for key talent and address the identified development needs through various initiatives and programs, such as leadership development, succession planning, capability building, and other critical talent initiatives and programs across the organization.
