Role Overview
As part of the Global HR Shared Services Team, you will play a critical role in maintaining, managing, and optimizing employee data within SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC).
Youll be responsible for ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and seamless employee lifecycle management from onboarding to exits while supporting HR operations and driving process excellence.
This role demands a meticulous data mindset, hands-on experience in SuccessFactors EC, and strong collaboration skills to work closely with HR Business Partners, Payroll, IT, and Compliance teams.
Key Responsibilities (KRAs)
1 Data Management & Accuracy
- Maintain master data in SAP SuccessFactors EC for all employee lifecycle events (hire to retire).
- Perform mass uploads, data corrections, and updates with 100% accuracy and timeliness.
- Ensure compliance with internal data governance policies and SOX controls.
2 HR Operations Support
- Manage day-to-day HR service requests and employee queries through ticketing systems.
- Support onboarding, transfers, promotions, and terminations, ensuring seamless execution.
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT teams for process alignment and issue resolution.
3 Compliance & Audits
- Conduct regular data quality audits to identify inconsistencies or errors.
- Ensure employee data privacy and adherence to global data protection regulations (GDPR, SOX).
- Prepare HR reports and dashboards to support audits, leadership insights, and compliance reviews.
4 Process Improvement & Analytics
- Identify process inefficiencies and recommend automation or improvement opportunities.
- Participate in HR transformation or system enhancement projects (SuccessFactors upgrades, integrations, etc.).
- Provide analytics support by extracting and validating data for HR metrics and dashboards.
Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills
- Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (mandatory).
- Strong understanding of Core HR Data Management, employee lifecycle, and HR workflows.
- Experience with mass data uploads, report generation, and data audits.
- Familiarity with HR ticketing tools (ServiceNow / Jira).
- Basic understanding of payroll processes, HR analytics, and Excel-based reporting.
Soft Skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Customer service orientation with a proactive approach to query resolution.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, global shared services environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelors or Masters degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Certification or formal training in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central is an advantage.
