We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead our team of developers in designing, developing, and maintaining both front-end and back-end components for web applications. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven track record of managing projects and client relationships, particularly with US clients. A valid US visa is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of developers in the design, development, and maintainence of web applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.
- Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure alignment and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and mitigating risks as necessary.
- Conduct regular team meetings to review project status and address any challenges.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in software development and project management methodologies.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Ensuring the acceptance of induvial developers as well as the team by the client.
- Need to add as an Client success Manager.
Requirements:
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (BTech/B.E.).
- 4 to 7 years of experience in project management, specifically in web application development.
- Proven experience in managing a team of developers.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience working with US clients in a similar field.
- PMP certification is preferred.
- Valid US visa is a plus.
