We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive enterprise software sales and lead pre-sales activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B software sales and solution-based selling to enterprise and government clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage multiple opportunities in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

- Master's in any relevant field.

- 5-7 years of proven experience in enterprise (B2B) software sales.

- Strong experience in pre-sales, including requirement analysis, RFP/RFI responses, and product demonstrations.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation capabilities.

- Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously with effective prioritization.

- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management abilities across enterprise and government sectors.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities for enterprise-grade software solutions.

- Conduct requirement analysis and collaborate with internal technical teams to prepare RFP/RFI responses and solution proposals.

- Deliver compelling software product demonstrations and presentations to enterprise and government clients.

- Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with key decision-makers in public and private sector organizations.

- Collaborate with internal teams (technical, pre-sales, delivery) to ensure seamless deal progression, closure, and project handover.

- Track market trends, competitor strategies, and emerging opportunities to drive strategic sales initiatives.
