Manager- Project Sales


About the Role:


We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Project Sales Manager who will be responsible for driving business growth through effective project site engagement, relationship management, and sales execution. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in handling project sales in the building materials or construction industry, with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.


Key Responsibilities:


Project Site Visits:


- Regularly visit project sites to gather detailed information about ongoing and upcoming construction projects.


- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with site engineers, project managers, and procurement teams.


Relationship Management:


- Build and sustain long-term relationships with builders, developers, architects, and interior designers to ensure product specifications and repeat business.


- Maintain strong rapport with dealers and sub-dealers to ensure brand visibility and market penetration.


Sales Target Achievement:


- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the company.


- Ensure compliance with company norms and sales processes.


Lead Generation and Conversion:


- Identify potential business opportunities through proactive market engagement.


- Convert leads into sales by offering suitable solutions and product recommendations.


Team Management:


- Lead, mentor, and guide a team of sales executives to ensure high performance and goal alignment.


- Monitor team productivity and provide training/support wherever necessary.


Desired Candidate Profile:


- Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing is an added advantage).


- 6 to 10 years of experience in project sales, preferably in the building materials, construction, or allied industry.


- Strong network with builders, architects, contractors, and channel partners.


- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.


- Proven track record of target achievement and team management.


- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
