We are looking for an experienced and driven Area Sales Manager to lead sales for private real estate projects in the Navi Mumbai/Central Mumbai territory.
About:
- The role involves business development, client relationship management, and sales execution with builders, developers, contractors, and architects to drive tile sales in the private projects segment.
- Business Development: Identify and onboard new real estate clients (builders, developers, contractors) for private residential and commercial projects.
- Sales Planning & Execution: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by driving tile sales through direct client engagement and project-based sales strategies.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including project decision-makers, architects, and purchase heads.
- Project Pipeline Management: Track and follow up on upcoming and ongoing private construction projects to pitch tile solutions and close orders.
- Specification & Conversion: Work with architects and influencers to get products specified in project BOQs and ensure conversion to sales.
- Pricing & Negotiation: Ensure competitive pricing proposals and negotiate effectively to close profitable deals.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer preferences to inform sales strategy and product positioning.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, project pipeline, and sales performance through CRM tools and regular reporting.
