Job Description:

Job Title: Human Resources Generalist

Experience: 5+ Years

Location: Bhopal (On-site)

Role Summary:

The Human Resources Generalist will manage end-to-end HR operations, support talent acquisition, ensure statutory compliance, and drive employee engagement initiatives. The role focuses on aligning HR practices with business needs while fostering a positive and compliant workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end HR operations including employee lifecycle management

- Support and execute talent acquisition and recruitment for IT and Non-IT roles

- Oversee payroll processing and ensure accuracy and timeliness

- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, labor laws, and company policies

- Implement and administer HR policies, processes, and employee benefits

- Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary processes

- Support performance management and appraisal processes

- Drive employee engagement, culture-building, and retention initiatives

- Maintain HR records, reports, and documentation

- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external agencies as required

Key Result Areas (KRAs):

- Timely closure of open positions with quality talent

- Accurate and compliant payroll and statutory filings

- Effective employee relations with minimal escalations

- High adherence to HR policies and labor law compliance

- Improved employee engagement and retention metrics

- Smooth execution of performance management cycles

Required Skillsets:

- Strong knowledge of HR operations and HR best practices

- Hands-on experience in talent acquisition and recruitment

- Expertise in payroll processing and statutory compliances

- Working knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance frameworks

- Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills

- High level of organization, documentation, and reporting skills

- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment

Educational Qualifications:

- Masters degree in Human Resources or a related discipline

- Relevant HR certifications will be an added advantage
