Role Overview:

As a Solutions Lead for Finance & Accounts (BPM), you will serve as the strategic bridge between complex client requirements and innovative service delivery. You will lead the design and architecture of end-to-end F&A solutions, specifically focusing on Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycles, to drive operational excellence and digital transformation for global clients. Working closely with sales teams, delivery heads, and senior client stakeholders, you will play a pivotal role in shaping winning proposals and ensuring that our solutions are not only technically robust but also commercially viable. Your impact will be felt in the scalability of our service offerings and the tangible efficiency gains realized by our customers through your process re-engineering and automation strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Architect comprehensive F&A solutions for prospective clients by analyzing current state processes and identifying opportunities for automation and optimization.

- Lead the end-to-end solution design process for Procure-to-Pay (P2P) engagements, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and client-specific business objectives.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and operations, to develop compelling, high-impact proposals that differentiate our service offerings in a competitive BPM landscape.

- Drive the commercial modeling and pricing strategy for large-scale deals to ensure profitability while maintaining a strong value proposition for the client.

- Present solution frameworks and value propositions to C-suite stakeholders, effectively communicating the long-term strategic benefits of our BPM interventions.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrate deep functional expertise in Finance and Accounts, with a specialized focus on Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes and their integration within a BPM environment.

- Exhibit a proven ability to design scalable, technology-enabled solutions that leverage modern tools and automation to improve financial performance.

- Possess exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex technical and financial concepts into persuasive business narratives for senior leadership.

- Display strong analytical and financial acumen, capable of building complex business cases and pricing models that reflect both risk and opportunity.

- Maintain a high level of professional maturity and adaptability, thriving in a hybrid work environment across Noida and Bangalore while managing multi-stakeholder expectations.

- Hold a relevant professional qualification such as CA, MBA, or equivalent from a premier institute, reflecting a strong academic foundation in finance and business management.

- Bring 10 to 16 years of progressive experience in F&A solutioning, with a track record of successfully managing large-scale transitions and transformation projects.
